Is Synchro available on both web and mobile?
Synchro has a full web admin portal for HR and managers available today. A native mobile app for employees and field teams—fully bilingual in English and Arabic—is launching soon for iOS and Android.
Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No credit card is required to start your free trial. Register your organization and you're up and running in minutes.
How does GPS geofencing work?
Locations are configured per site with a radius. The mobile app checks the employee's position at punch time and flags on-site or off-site automatically—no manual review needed for the common case.
Can employees request corrections to their attendance?
Yes. Employees submit punch or leave correction requests with a reason; managers or HR approve or reject them, and approved corrections automatically rebuild attendance records and balances with a full audit trail.
Does Synchro integrate with our existing directory?
Synchro supports Microsoft Entra ID and LDAP for directory-aligned user provisioning and SSO, plus a versioned REST API for custom integrations.
What happens to vacation balances at year-end?
Balances accrue monthly and carry forward automatically at year-end based on your configured policy, so HR never has to reconcile them by hand.
Is my organization's data isolated from other tenants?
Yes. Synchro is built as a multi-tenant platform with strict data isolation per organization, plus a full audit trail on every change.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Plans toggle feature modules, not just seat counts, and you can upgrade at any time from the organization page.
